This kid and I attempted to make mochi rice cakes today.
Our first attempt failed. My apartment filled up with smoke haha! It stunk.
Our second attempt was somewhat of a success, but to be honest I would not recommend making mochi rice cakes. I think I'll just stick to Krave, Yogurtland, and Menchies' mochi rice cakes.
Thank goodness for awesome friends and creative homework assignments. Ha.. overall it was definitely a very fun and interesting homework experience, but hey-- we live and we learn, right?!
